Believe it or not, that person or situation isn’t making you feel that way. Your thoughts are. The proof? Every feeling you have, positive or negative, is caused by a single thought. Think about a negative person or situation in your life, and how you feel. Then ask yourself:

What am I thinking about this person or situation that is making me feel this way?

Change how you feel and move forward

If you feel stuck in any area of your life, a one hour, confidential “Belief Coaching” session can help you to move forward. Unlike some coaching and healing methods, I don’t tell you what to do. I help you uncover the answers buried deep within your mind. My innovative techniques teach you to identify the thought that causes you pain, and then replace it with a different thought that will help you to let go, change how you feel, and move forward.

What happens during a session?

The average session lasts approximately one hour. During this time, I ask you a series of questions to identify the root belief that is holding you back. Often, this belief is tied to an experience you had in the past. Once this belief is identified, I ask you additional questions that guide you to look at the past experience from a different perspective. When you begin to view the past experience differently, your mind will instantly begin to change the belief that was holding you back. Once this happens, when you think of the “problem” or “issue” that you brought to the session, you will no longer feel negative emotion about it.

Result

Often, a client comes to a session for one reason, and can end up resolving a string of other related problems or issues at the same time – much like a domino effect. After a Belief Coaching session, many people report that they feel happier, lighter, more confident. They feel better about themselves than they have in a long time because they have released a belief that was holding them back or weighing them down, and they have adopted a new belief that makes them feel good about themselves.

This is simple energy physics: “What you put out is what you get back

When you change your belief (“What you put out…”) you change your perception of yourself, situations and other people (“…is what you get back”). Simply put, you see things differently, in a more positive light. Not only do you perceive and interact with other people differently, they perceive and interact with you differently too.

This is “the shift” on an energetic level that so many people describe after their session. It is one of the main reasons I do this work. When I did Belief Coaching on myself, I started to feel so good about myself, so positive, and I was so inspired – that I wanted other people to feel as good as I did.
